Welcome to our Vice President, Sales, Patrick Lima.

Wag & Bright Supply Co. is thrilled to announce Patrick Lima as our new Vice President of Sales. 

Patrick joins the pack with 20 years of experience in the pet care industry, bringing a deep understanding of the industry, its retailers, and the products that get dogs, and their people, excited. His experience includes leadership roles with Polkadog and Pet Food Experts, as well as running his own business supporting brands and manufacturers in the independent pet space.

Most recently, as Director of Sales, East at Polkadog, Patrick worked closely with independent pet retailers across the U.S., managed relationships with national distributors and Eastern Canada, and helped launch the brand with Petco and Petsense across a combined 1,500 locations. He also played an active role in product development, promotional strategy, trade shows, distributor relationships, and overall company strategy.

Patrick brings a strong understanding of the independent pet retail community. Earlier in his career with Pet Food Experts, he led a team of eight Territory Managers responsible for the regional book of business across New England and New York, while working directly with retailers, vendors, and manufacturers on everything from new products and promotions to merchandising and business strategy.

Known for building relationships based on trust, follow-through, and execution, Patrick shares the entrepreneurial spirit that has shaped Wag & Bright from day one. As a former business owner himself, he understands what it takes to build brands, support retailers, develop strong distribution partnerships, and turn big ideas into growth.

As Wag & Bright continues to grow across Canada, the U.S., and international markets, Patrick will lead our sales strategy and work closely with our retail and distribution partners to expand the Wag & Bright pack.
